Deep Roots in Pensacola

For Tony La Roca, Pensacola isn't just where he lives-it's home. Having grown up in the Perdido Key and Innerarity Island areas since moving from Mandeville, Louisiana, in 1987, Tony has deep roots in the community. A graduate of Escambia High School's Class of 1997, he has spent nearly four decades in Northwest Florida, building relationships and an understanding of what his neighbors need.

From Automotive Industry to Exterior Cleaning

After a long and successful 25-year career in the corporate automotive industry, Tony decided it was time for a change. He left behind his high-ranking roles in sales and service management to pursue a business of his own-one that would allow him to put his passion for customer service and quality work into practice. In February 2024, he launched Sunshine Pristine Clean, LLC, an exterior cleaning service that specializes in house and roof soft washing, pressure washing, window cleaning, solar panel cleaning, and more.

"I believe my past 25 years of experience has positioned me into understanding what it takes to do so, and my proven track record in my last position held over 85% retention of returning clients to our Parts & Service Departments. "While there are a lot of companies out there that claim to be a 'pressure washer,' we actually went to training classes by professionals in the industry for over 20 years and practiced a lot before we started the business," he says. "As an experienced operator, you have to understand the cleaning solutions you are working with, the ratios and mixtures required, and what to use on what surfaces without causing damage."

When he's not running his business, Tony enjoys spending time with his wife Jennifer and their three sons at Pensacola Ice Flyers and Wahoo's games, on the neighborhood trails with their two Weimaraners, or out on the water fishing. "Growing up on the water, it is one of my all-time favorite places to be! When the weather is right, we all love to head offshore and hit the fishing grounds."
